In our job, you always hope for a project to come out to everybody’s complete satisfaction, writes from the client to the reader or viewer, but naturally also from the viewpoint of the interview partner. And the journalist. And the photographer.
Of course, it is a rare occurrence when everything goes as planned. If it does, however, the satisfaction is also that of the content marketing team. Because you can really feel the impact of an article and the value that a good story can bring to the discussion.
A fruitful cooperation…
As was the case recently with Rasu Shrestha, MD, from University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in the US, who Primafila medical writer Peter Jaret interviewed for “Medical Solutions”, the Siemens Healthineer flagship magazine.
In September 2018 Primafila was tasked with researching “future health care gurus” to talk about innovation in the medical sector, future patient care, and the impact of digitalisation and AI on healthcare.
Rasu Shrestha quickly emerged as one of the leading figures to talk to. As Chief Innovation Officer for UPMC, he plays a leading role in driving UPMC’s innovation strategy, helping to achieve a more patient-focused and economically sustainable system.

Not only did Rasu Shrestha agree to our request to a sit-down interview, he also allowed for photo and video cameras. A most interesting, open and illuminating conversation ensued, which Peter Jaret crafted into this captivating piece.
Published right on time for the industry’s big meeting at the Radiological Society of North America, the magazine with the article became quite a hit, when Rasu Shrestha recommended it on Instagram and lauded Peter Jaret as “brilliant” on Twitter. We look forward to following Rasu Shrestha’s innovations and opinions closely in the future, and hope to put together many more such meetings of great minds.
